NYSLSA is made up of over 1000 Liquor Stores in the 54 counties of Upstate New York. The Association is a combination of the Empire State Liquor Association and the Eastern New York Liquor Store Association in order to create a strong presence throughout the industry, representing liquor store owners. NYSLSA is affiliated with the American Beverage Licensees (ABL).

 NYS Liquor Authority Requests Comments on  
Divisional Orders and Bulletins

NYS Liquor Authority Chairman Dennis Rosen has announced that the SLA has rescinded 1,592 outdated divisional orders, bulletins and circulars. 
 
Only 125 directives remain active and the SLA is seeking comments on them.  You may view the list here: Link to Divisional Orders and Bulletins.  If you have any comments that you would like to share, please forward them to nyslsa@caphill.com and we will respond as an Association.
