NYSLSA was formed in 2008 after the merger of the Empire State Liquor Association and the Eastern New York Liquor Store Association. Representing liquor store owners and wineries in the 54 counties of Upstate New York, NYSLSA publications and electronic communications are seen by over 1,000 Liquor and Wine Retailors on a daily basis.
